Alors que les niveaux de transport de marchandises ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se normaliser apr\u00e8s les perturbations record de 2020 et 2021, un certain nombre de facteurs micro et macro\u00e9conomiques avaient encore un impact sur la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement.<\/p>\n<p>Voici un bref aper\u00e7u des \u00e9tapes que nous avons franchies en 2022, ainsi que des principales forces du march\u00e9 qui ont d\u00e9fi\u00e9 l\u2019industrie l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Les grandes r\u00e9alisations de 2022 chez XTL<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes fiers de ce que nous avons accompli en 2022 et voici quelques r\u00e9alisations marquantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20<sup>e<\/sup> anniversaire de XTL Logistiques ;<\/li>\n<li>Ouverture du bureau de XTL Logistiques \u00e0 Delta, en Colombie-Britannique, ce qui a permis d\u2019offrir nos services de logistique dans chacune de nos 4 principales zones de service ;<\/li>\n<li>Ouverture de XTL Distribution \u00e0 Calgary, Alberta, qui a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de nos 3 offres de services distinctes dans chacune de nos 4 zones de service ;<\/li>\n<li>15<sup>e<\/sup> anniversaire de Surrey, Colombie-Britannique ;<\/li>\n<li>RH Camionnage Canada nomme XTL \u00ab\u00a0Meilleur transporteur employeur \u00e9m\u00e9rite\u00a0\u00bb pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive ;<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9cipiendaire du prix \u00ab\u00a0Meilleure flotte de taille moyenne\u00a0\u00bb de RH Camionnage Canada ;<\/li>\n<li>Expansion de la flotte avec 32 nouveaux camions et 30 nouvelles remorques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tendances et d\u00e9fis de l\u2019industrie en 2022<\/p>\n<p>Demande de transport de marchandises<\/p>\n<p>La demande de transport de marchandises a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se stabiliser vers la fin de 2022 en comparaison avec les niveaux remarquablement \u00e9lev\u00e9s de 2020 et 2021. C\u2019\u00e9tait le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une combinaison de nouveaux entrants sur le march\u00e9 du camionnage et d\u2019un changement dans les habitudes d\u2019achat des consommateurs li\u00e9 au d\u00e9clin des programmes de relance, au retour des d\u00e9penses en services plut\u00f4t qu\u2019en produits, et \u00e0 l\u2019inflation augmentant le co\u00fbt des biens de consommation.<\/p>\n<p>Main-d\u2019\u0153uvre<\/p>\n<p>Les efforts de recrutement et de fid\u00e9lisation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 intenses dans l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019industrie, les entreprises de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement \u00e9tant en concurrence avec d\u2019autres industries pour la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, \u00e0 mesure que de nouveaux lieux de travail rouvraient leurs portes. La p\u00e9nurie actuelle de chauffeurs a continu\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre au centre des pr\u00e9occupations car le taux de ch\u00f4mage des chauffeurs est rest\u00e9 faible, mais les postes vacants sont rest\u00e9s \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Des tendances similaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es pour divers postes dans l\u2019industrie du camionnage et de la logistique, notamment pour les receveurs et exp\u00e9diteurs (shipper\/receiver), les r\u00e9partiteurs, les manutentionnaires et les m\u00e9caniciens.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e9nuries d\u2019\u00e9quipements et de pi\u00e8ces<\/p>\n<p>De nombreuses organisations de l\u2019industrie du camionnage ont signal\u00e9 des p\u00e9nuries d\u2019\u00e9quipement continues en 2022 en raison de probl\u00e8mes d\u2019approvisionnement permanents.
