Work Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities / Tasks:

  • Data entry for transaction creation (receiving/shipping);
  • Create and modify customer account data;
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers;
  • Update customer profiles and track accounts;
  • Run reports as required;
  • Communicate customer requests to operations;
  • Follow up with customers on a regular basis;
  • Follow-up with the operations department to ensure that all relevant documents are accurate (products received and products shipped);
  • Validate that all transactions are correct and complete;
  • Verify that transactions and services are correctly entered into the system and invoiced;
  • Other related tasks
Qualification / Skills:

Key skills:

  • Knowledge and mastery of WMS systems (AS400 an asset);
  • Good communication and explanation skills;
  • CTPAT sensitive position – subject to a criminal record search;
  • Experience in a distribution center environment (asset);
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Bilingual (oral and written) preferred;
  • Excellent customer service skills;

Requirements:

  • Sense of initiative and autonomy;
  • Ability to communicate with various stakeholders;
  • Ability to determine the management of priorities;
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle several files simultaneously

  • Ability to be flexible to adapt to changing work priorities.
