We at XTL Transport Inc in Airdrie understand that being on the road away from family is hard and want to provide our drivers with a comfortable driving experience. We offer newer International trucks, we have our own shop with Glover Tech on site, so little to no down time when it comes to Maintenance!

We are seeking NINE HYBRID CLASS 1 drivers.

Responsibilities:

Hybrid drivers must be available to run all lanes out of Airdrie to the areas of Edmonton down to Medicine Hat and everything in between, Grande Prairie and Saskatoon when needed. Meaning if Dispatch needs someone to go to Saskatoon or GP the driver must be willing to go.

Hybrids will run a day cab (split seat truck) when needed and cover highway bunk runs as needed in a bunk truck.

Qualification / Skills:

The candidate needs to have a clean police search and a commercial abstract (driving record) with no more than 5 demerits.
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of HIGHWAY experience running Canada\ US or across Canada with at least 2 winters of Highway driving.

XTL Offers:

Paid 2 days in class training and paid 2 days in cab training
Starting rate of $26.00/hr up to $27.50, for Edmonton, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat ect.
Starting rate of $0.50 up to $0.53 per mile for Saskatoon and Grande Prairie (Plus 2 hours of wages)
Overtime after 45/hrs
Company Paid benefits after 3 months
No layovers
Paid breakdown time
